"The technician talked me into a deal by misleading me to believe I would get a discounted price (with manufacturer coupons and an agreement of doing it now - no time to consider and compare) for the highest quality spring (50k-cycle). But it ended up the spring is 15k-cycle (realized from reading the invoice). After the broken part was replaced, a new issue came up - the garage door moved but bounced back right away. He insisted that the motor was old and I needed to get a new one. I told him that this issue didn't exist before the fix and it could be something was touched during his fix. We fell into arguments. He wanted to leave with a nonworking garage door or I should get a new motor to replace. I recalled that I had the same issu a long while ago and it was fixed by adjusting the two sensors. He realigned the sensors and finally the garage was working fine. But the experience is unpleasant."

"I received a text from home advisor to contact Mr Pulido. I did. He had me send pictures of garage door opener and door. He then called me back and walked me thru fixing it myself. Adjustment process took less than 5 minutes and my door was working fine afterwards. He said this would last about 6 months to a year before having to replace opener. I thought I was going to end up paying alot of money to get it fixed. I truly appreciate that he took the time to help me, his honesty and his integrity. I will definitely call him when it's time to replace the garage door opener. Thank you so much Mr. Pulido and God bless you!!"

Miguel of Hale Garage Door was very responsive and prompt, calling me back early in the morning (on a holiday!) after submitting the request the night before. Fixed my spring right away (he came prepared) instead of just providing an estimate, and he also spotted some hinges that were warped and would need future replacing, and I went ahead and happily ok'd his looking out. Also made a recommendation to keep our garage safer from break-ins (not as an upsell, just a suggestion--which was to cut the string that hangs down, as thieves often use that for entry.) Anyway--Miguel was pleasant, seemed honest and fair enough, and could not have been quicker and easier. I lucked out! :)"
