He looked over the garage door and talked me through what needed to be done and gave a quote. He would have done the repairs on the spot but I needed to talk with my fiance first. The technician came within a few days and replaced the drive motor and replaced the springs with belts which are very quiet when opening and closing the door. The motor is equipped with wifi, very reliable and handy. I can access my garage door from anywhere if needed and I am prompted each time the garage is opened.
