"The repair man did a good job on one of two sensors on the garage door attached to the home. He didn?t even check the opposite sensor which continues to give us a problem."

"I called and was scheduled an appointment within 2 days; great! My technician Cameron was absolutely OUTSTANDING! He quoted me prior to any work, explained in detailed the issue, provided a walkthrough of what he would do to remedy the problem and then fixed it.... that day. This included the replacement of a 10-12 foot bar I assumed would require me to make another appointment for him to replace. No, he came prepared with all tools and parts needed to complete the job without a repeat visit! Job WELL DONE A++! I felt secure leaving him unattended in the garage to finish the work and when I walked into the garage I always found him working, not on his phone like other repairmen I have had. Cameron was professional and courteous. He was not annoyed that I asked questions and even made suggestions about future repairs that I could make to avoid costly ones later down the road, like preventative maintenance. I have no idea if this is company training or just a good technician. Judging by the rating other customers have given though I can safely assume this is mostly good hiring techniques and training in combination with a great tech. My only regret is I did not call them sooner and that they do not build storage sheds. I will be recommending this company, specifically Cameron, to anyone needing garage door installation or repairs. I hope they let me know if they build storage sheds in the future and other honey-do stuff I was tasked with by the wife"

"The technician went above and beyond to fix my garage door hinge and rollers. He was professional, nice, and easy to work with."

"Kurt showed up on time and installed a shower door for my new Shower! He was very professional and kind with a very low cost to perform work that other carpenters turned down! He was very thorough and professional! I was so fortunate and lucky to have such a professional help me on this install when so many turned the task down! He cleaned up the area and spent sometime assisting me on another project in near future! I highly recommend Kurt to anyone who requires a job completed to Professional done with amazing expertise and very reasonable price! Thank you Sir! Leo USN RET"

"We could not be more impressed with All-Pro Garage Doors Services Inc. - Brandon Howell! We recently had four new garage doors and garage door openers installed at our Gulf-front home, and from start to finish, Brandon was absolutely exceptional. He removed our existing doors, installed the new ones, and handled every detail with the kind of professionalism and care that you simply don’t encounter very often anymore. What stood out most was how accessible and genuinely helpful Brandon was throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer every question we had - without hesitation and made sure we understood everything before, during, and after the installation. He was knowledgeable, dependable, respectful of our home, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. When you are trusting someone with a major project at your home, you want a contractor who shows up, communicates, follows through, and genuinely cares about the finished product. Brandon checks every"

"The contractors were great except for the concrete guys that left 2 piles of cement in the yard, left the skirting on the trailer bent in and concrete splashed up on the skirting poles. CAS promised to return the next day to fix the list of items that needed to be corrected. Six weeks, 3 phone calls and 4 E-mails later, no one has shown up. The voice message box is full, E-mails go unanswered, and no one has called. They also owe me $200.00 that I overpaid them that I can't get them to return. That is a lot of money for elderly, disabled people on a fixed income. They had a shower door that was to be installed and the overpayment money could have gone toward that, so I didn't rewrite the check .. which I paid "IN FULL" ( I had been warned to never pay in full until the job is done, but I had faith in this company -- I guess I was wrong). I had other jobs that needed to be done, so I took care of that myself rather than hiring Coastal Aluminum Structures to do it for me. It all started out so good, then I began to see a progression of promising to be here at certain times and waited -- and no one would show up or call for days - or I had to call them again to get action. I have to admit, the carport, wheelchair ramp and deck, and bathroom remodel was all done with perfection, and we are thrilled with them."
