"A torsion spring on our garage door broke late on a Saturday night. I made an inquiry on Sunday morning and Blake was very quick to respond, even offering to come out immediately (I declined - it wasn't an emergency and I didn't want to disrupt his weekend). He did have me send him pictures, though, so that he could see my setup and bring out the appropriate replacement parts. Unfortunately I have a non-standard setup and needed custom springs, but Blake ordered and installed them in a timely manner. He also pointed out that I had a broken hinge and recommended that the rollers be replaced (the bearings were definitely worn out), all of which he fixed while he was here as well as adjusted the tracks and lubricated everything. Blake was prompt, communicative, easy to work with, I felt that the price was reasonable and would recommend him."
