The two gentlemen that did the work were professional and courteous. They cleaned the area thoroughly and we re very pleased with the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone. The price was very reasonable. It will be great not to have cement dust dragged into the house anymore !

After a night of heavy rains I woke up to a leak in my den ceiling. My roof is 20 years old and has a very high pitch (12/12 pitch). I didn't know who to call so I queried the Next Door app and found Terry from Dynamic Construction Co.
Terry arrived approx 2 hrs later and quoted me a very reasonable price. I was expecting that he was going to try to up sell me a new roof for 20k, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me my roof was in great shape and that all I needed was a 10.00 rubber boot to replace the deteriorated boot on my bathroom vent. I highly recommend Terry from Dynamic Construction located at 54588 Horizon Dr in Shelby Twp. He was prompt, polite and very reasonable.

NO CHARGE FOR SERVICE CALL OR REPAIR ESTIMATE! I was looking for garage door repair companies online and went to Angie's website and within minutes Tim contacted us. We checked his reviews while we waited for him to arrive and found them to be 5 stars. He arrived within an hour knew what was needed and when he gave us an estimate I knew it was at the lower end of the range specified online. We agreed to have him complete the repairs and even though he had a well stocked truck he didn't have the replacement parts for our job. He left to get them and returned sooner than we expected, completed the job and was finished within 3 hours from his original phone call. When other companies called they all had $100.00 service fees and when I asked one caller what the repair would've cost from his company, he quoted a $100.00 higher price. So I felt they didn't give credit for the service call toward the cost of the repair. Like all the other reviews we agree that Tim is very efficient and easy to work with.
P.S. Tim even gave us a discount for a cash payment!!!

Chris the owner, was very honest . Came out right away for the quote. Due to covid 19 he was extremely behind and said it would be 4 weeks until he could get to us. He was ahead of schedule.
