My 24 year old Lift Master garage door opener was malfunctioning so I called the company and Brad asked me a number of questions to determine whether the garage door opener could be fixed. As it turns out, electrical boards for the old opener were no longer available so he suggested a Lift Master replacement with wi-fi capability. I researched his recommendation and decided to schedule service which was completed only two days later. Brad and Rudy arrived on time and quickly replaced the opener and related components.
