"I have a rental property that was struck by a car it went through the living room and brought down the wall. "Over the course of several days, I met several different employees. They could not have been nicer or hard working. They were happy to answer questions and really spoke so highly of the company in general, I felt like I'd really made a wise investment. I frankly also appreciated that they realize it's a rather hefty investment and don't take it for granted or cut corners. They gave clear explanations and directions and left things very neat and clean. Ever since the product was installed, I no longer have a musty smell coming from my basement and I do not worry about water coming up through the cement in either area. So was it expensive? Well, yes! But a major issue with water seeping in has been resolved and the floors really look beautiful and require very little care.
