"We recently had problems with one of our old automatic garage doors; it somehow got off track, was all askew and we were unable to shut it. We had been dissatisfied with the previous automatic garage door repair company we used so did some web research and Duplouy Enterprises, Dover, NH came up the strong winner based on reviews on Google, Angie’s List and Home Advisor, so we called Duplouy. Roger came by, played with the door a bit and said it only needed lubrication and then it worked like a charm. Unfortunately, shortly thereafter the door started acting up again (our doors are pretty old) and we were unable to shut it. I called Roger and he said he’d come by that evening to take a look and at least shut it for us so the garage would be secure. It was too late in the day to fix it, so basically, he came to assess the problem and shut the door for us. We really appreciated that. This time, one of the cables was totally twisted and he returned the next day to replace the cable. We were impressed with Roger and felt he was extremely knowledgeable—no comparison to the two doofuses we used previously from another local automatic garage door company. Repair costs were very reasonable too. We highly recommend this company."

"After discovering black mold creeping up the sheetrock along my basement wall we found that we had a hidden leak that we thought came from the patio door above. The home owners ins adjuster told us to hire a contractor and to brace ourselves because he believed the damage was extensive. He was right. We hired Matt Palmer (MMP Construction) and he gave us the devastating news that the entire lower half of the house was rotted from water damage due to an improperly flashed deck that ran along the back of the house.  I desperately wanted to save the deck, (54X12).
