The technician, Ken, arrived promptly. He repaired the broken garage door cable and theorized the issue was caused by the age of the builder grade rollers in the track. He replaced all rollers for a very reasonable price. My home has two one car garage doors. The sound of the garage door opening/closing of the replaced rollers vs the original rollers on the other door is unbelievable. I am very happy he replaced them. There is no doubt I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them.

My initial impression of Precision Door Service was during my first contact with the company. The receptionist was extremely informative and professional. She answered my questions and scheduled our first home appointment. The technician, Eric, called me 15 minutes before my appointment window to tell me that he would be running a little late within the latter part of the appointment window. I greatly appreciated that call because it allowed me to take care of home projects during the front end of my appointment time frame. The technician, Eric, called me to notify me the time of his arrival time within the latter part of the scheduled time window. After he arrived, I explained to him what our problem was and he provided answers to all my questions. Also, he provided me with a couple of estimates based on my questions. He then followed up with making the adjustment necessary to the door springs that I had initially requested. He was very respective and professional. He did a very good job!

Echoing other satisfied customers of Oscar's company, we too are extremely satisfied with their reconstruction of our 30+ year old slate patio. The job site was not particularly easy to access, but the crew handled it all with aplomb. Oscar and Douglas were readily available to answer any questions we had, and volunteered many points of information as the work was in process. The individual that performed the final re-installation of the slate tiles did so by himself, and his work in particular was impeccable. Also, his cleanup of the job site once the work was completed was exceptionally well done.
