"I am extremely impressed with Ray. Highly professional and knowledgeable, pays close attention to details and looks over the entire job and different ways of getting the work done. My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. Recently, we’ve downside some of his tools and now want to use that side of the garage too. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. Ray came out and studied the setup that was in place, and the garage itself as everything with the garage is original and 80 years old. He took pics because he hadn’t seen the system that operated the doors. He also pointed out things the other repairmen hadn’t. He told me an issue we might have because of the sensitive nature of the newer garage door openers. He was very thorough. Now keep in mind I called and told him the current garage door opener didn’t work and we were replacing it. We talked about options. He also took a look at the current garage door opener and he put it back on the trolley (something the other repairmen who looked at it didn’t do) and the garage door opener worked. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends."

"Called Sam at 7:20 AM after garage door spring cracked and door wouldn't open. He was out by 9:30 and replaced the spring. How's that for service? Would definitely recommend Sam and First American Garage doors."

"I found them on HomeAdvisor online. Have not much knowledge in garage doors but as soon as I received a call from E.K. Garage Door Repair it became simple. Ezra called me and asked what I needed? I told him and he was out right away within 24 hours. I m sure it would have been faster if I was able to be home. I asked him how much the price was over the phone. He gave me a ballpark answer which I was looking for. And to me it was on the low side of the price he gave me. No messing around no trying to add extra work or try to get me to upgrade. Did exactly what I wanted perfectly. I would HIGHLY recommend E.K. Because when they came out, right to business in a professional manner. "I found this in the deals section "Garage Door Spring Replacement" what I didn't realize and the ad didn't state was that it was for one spring. Most garages have two springs and when he arrived he said if one is broken the other should also be replaced. So rather than costing $180 which the ad states as the price, we wound up paying $260. A competing ad is very clear about the service, "for 1 garage door spring replacement, labor and materials included" Just be very clear with this company what you will get for the money."

"I am extremely happy with the service we received from World of Doors. From the initial call with Amanda to the technician, Troy who came out to repair our garage door the service was fantastic. Our garage door stopped opening fully and we were really in a bind. Troy was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and conscientous. He let us know exactly what was needed and offered all options available to us. He left off all the things that weren't urgent at this time but let us know what may need repair in the future. He was also very personable and professional as well and after he explained everything we felt much more at ease with our situation. The prices are reasonable and the service is excellent. If you are in need of any repairs to your garage door these are the people you can trust and these are the people you want to complete the job."
