I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. "We spoke to a lot of overhead door guys and they all seem pretty similar when it comes to door selection, quality and openers. The prices varied alot and Sal was the best price for the quality we were looking at. I liked Sal the most of all of the guys we spoke to: he was very personable, easy to deal with, gave us the options in a straightforward way. 
We ended up going with another company because my wife liked the style of one specific door that he did not carry. I wish he could have. Will post our experience with the other company after he installs.
