"Once I entered information of what I needed done Adam responded immediately. He was able to have someone come out the same day to see what needed to be done with my garage door. I was updated on times when someone would arrive. Sam called when he was on his way. He was very informative about what would be done & was also able to give me pricing. "Ramon and crew did a phenomenal job. We had a couple of weather delays in getting started but once started the crew showed up early, worked late, and did an impeccable job. They had the entire 2 story house sprayed in 1 1/2 days and then spent the next week painstakingly painting all the trim (including taking down and painting downspouts and gutters) and doors. "Had major work done last year and had some loose stones that needed repair which they did. After winter we had water coming into our garage because some of the pavers had settled. Every time it rains, we have water coming in under the garage door. We have called several times and emailed them and have not received a response at all. The person who answered the phone set up an appointment with Marvin and he never showed up. If you are thinking of hiring, you had best get everything in writing. Their guarantee is worthless."
