"On 6/8/11 I called and left a message.  I was called back within minutes and told someone would be at my house on 6/10/11 to look at my garage door.  I met Neil on 6/10/11 who looked over the existing door and hardware and gave me an estimate to replace everything and add the garage door opener.  Neil said he would call me when a date could be set for the installation of everything.  I was called on 6/14/11 and was told someone could be at my house on 6/15/11 for installation.
