"We could not have been more pleased with Precision Garage Door Service and Jeff Masters, the outstanding technician who made the necessary repairs. Jeff arrived on time, made an assessment of the work that needed to be done, and explained each major step. He quoted a price for labor and parts to complete all required tasks, answered a few questions that we had, and began the work immediately. Professional, knowledgeable, and customer service oriented sums up our impression of Jeff. He is a tremendous ambassador for Precision Garage Door Service!"

"The two employees installing the 14 foot garage door and door opener were very knowledgable and did an outstanding job."

"I would definitely recommend this installer to family and friends. He did an awesome job installing my garage door. I have absolutely no complaints. He got the job done timely and he was very professional."

"My garage header was sagging and rotting. I was actually referred to Steve Phillips by another contractor. He came and inspected the garage that day and began work the next day. I observed a good portion of the work to understand what was happening. Steve explained exactly why and how water had penetrated to my garage header (poor/improper work by the builders). He completed the work in a little less than and day and a halfâ s time. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous about his work. There were even little pieces of siding that were chipped that he totally replaced even though I was content with hiding the chipped ends by having the undamaged pieces overlap. Our garage and siding looks better than when we bought the house and is more structurally sound and waterproofed than it was when it was first build."

"Two very professional and experienced young men arrived at my home promptly on the scheduled first day.  They covered all my floors, cabinets, and anything else not removed from the room.  My valances were taken down and carefully laid out to maintain their shape. The wallpaper was removed--it was over, above, and behind everything.
The workmen did such a good job and kept everyting so clean that, when I looked at the trim, windows, and doors, I decided that they didn't need repainting.  I called Gabriel that evening and told him that I would like to cancel that part of the contract.  He agreed immediately to reduce the cost of my project by the amounts listed for those areas saving me hundreds of dollars.
The second day went smoothly.  The patch was made over the phone jack hole, the walls were made beautifully smooth, and then painted without flaw.  The den ceiling was repaired and the valances were rehung in the kitchen.  Gabriel came by to make sure all went well.  Even though the patch was not figured into the original contract and I was prepared to pay more for that, I was not charged more.  A rare occurrence.  I was a happy customer.
Gabriel's office sent my warranty certificate out right away.  I inquired about extra paint for touch-up if I had a need.  Gabriel called and said that, if I ever needed paint, it would be delivered to me free from the paint store.  They would have my match information and it would be fresh.  I am a happy customer.
