"The garage door expert arrived on time. He was polite, courteous and professional. He inspected the garage door, springs, cables and hardware, and pointed out how the existing springs were insufficient causing the garage door opener to overwork and advised me on all necessary repairs. He replaced what was needed and recalibrated the garage door opener to adjust for the new springs. The garage door now works seamlessly and much quieter than before. Next year will have Precision install a new insulated steel door and will request the same technician."

"Talked with Jim's wife and then he dropped by to chat. It was a bake off between Arista, Sears and another contractor. I got the best vibe from Jim (and the best price) and went with him. Sears would have been $1000 more and taken two weeks to deliver the door. Jim was able to get there in a two days and change out the door and the garage door opener. He did the work himself (alone), took his time and did a fantastic job. The thing that really stood out was the customer service from Jim and his wife. I can't recommend them enough. He did a fantastic job and I am very, very happy with the work."
