After discussing replacement options, I decided to go with his suggestion -- he took care of the ordering and we scheduled date/time to remove/install the opener. "Our garage door broke on Tuesday afternoon around 3pm. I called Pacific Garage Door and Liz found a way to squeeze us in the next day between 12 and 2pm. She gave me an estimate of the costs based on my description of the door. Gustavo called about 30 minutes before he arrived, within the time slot promised. He was done in 35 minutes. I really like this company and will definitely call them the next time I need repairs or a new garage door."
