"It started with the sales person Jeremy, he was professional and friendly. He gave us the quote and we signed the contract. He was very informative about the product and we were ready for the project to begin. We received info from him with video presentation. Casey confirmed our appointment times. The technicians Colton and Jacob arrived on time and got to work. They explained what they were going to do and gave up approximate time for each step in the process. We had a small issue with one of our garage doors(nothing that they did) and they were helpful. They cleaned up the area and informed me of time to stay off the floor. They were very good guys and worked hard. Floor looks amazing"
