"I received a text from home advisor to contact Mr Pulido. I did. He had me send pictures of garage door opener and door. He then called me back and walked me thru fixing it myself. Adjustment process took less than 5 minutes and my door was working fine afterwards. He said this would last about 6 months to a year before having to replace opener. I thought I was going to end up paying alot of money to get it fixed. I truly appreciate that he took the time to help me, his honesty and his integrity.
