"The company was easy to work with. The estimator wasn’t as knowledgeable as he could have been, but was always available for questions.. The painter was good but said he didn’t get the pictures of specific places that needed caulking as we did and therefore didn’t complete them until we pointed it out. We put nail holes above our door and on railing from Christmas decorations and thought he would have filled them in before painting but didn’t, just painted over them, the bare wooden railing wasn’t primed as we requested before painting it, I noticed that the old bare spots were showing through and questioned wether he sanded before priming and he said he did, I didn’t like it, so he reprimed the whole rail and repainted it, I still don’t know if he actually sanded first. We will see how it holds up."
