"Douglas Comiel (sp.?) installed a new garage door replacing our Replaced damaged door was timely, efficient, polite and checked to be sure everything I needed was done. He also replaced the garage door opener which I was sorely missing in the cold winter. The door looks great, matching the existing door, and works perfectly! "Sept 14/20 a plain white van pulled my driveway.I asked him if he was from Lowell Garage Door.He replied he was contracted out.That he was a subcontractor SCAM!!! I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. Embarrassed I didn't asked for ID.Thank you Stephen from Lowell Garage Door.Lets work to end these SCAM artist. Gail"

"Great customer service! I inquired on their website and received a call back within a few hours. Chris was extremely honest and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. We signed off on the job the second week of March and the work was completed 2 weeks later! Hudson & Matt completed the project and were fantastic! Showed up right on time and explained everything they would be doing. They started our 2 car garage at 8am and were all cleaned up by 3:00pm! We are so happy with our new garage floor, it looks AWESOME! I would highly recommend GNU Garage!"
