They explained the process without adding jargon or trying to sell me on the services that I didn't need. The overall cost was extremely reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. They are one of the few contractors I found that did not mind if I had my own garage door openers rather than having to purchase theirs. I found them on Angie's List and highly recommend them to other members. I had two poorly functioning wooden garage doors replaced and two new garage door openers installed. Total cost (not including the openers I already had) was $2,600. Let me explain why, while speaking with the sales representative with no pressure to buy she explained and educated me on the different types of garage door motors, brands, the different types of spring assembles etc.… They were able to come out and install the garage openers on the same day, the technician was and courteous and performed a professional install removed old parts and clean up. When I called back the next day to inform them that my older model truck HomeLink would not work with the new garage door opener, without hesitation they brought a Repeater over to my house that now allows my trucks HomeLink to communicate with the new garage door opener, at not additional charge. After everything was completed they performed a follow to ensure I was completely satisfied. Overall, I’m very happy that I hired Eagle Garage Door the company’s staff made this task a very pleasant contractor experience."
