"Found Elite Construction at the Spokane Home & Garden show. I just had Elite Construction replace a tub/shower in my downstairs apartment and replace the shower in my ensuite bathroom. I am VERY happy with the work they did and the finished products! Elite showed up on-time, as scheduled, on 2 separate visits to complete both of the bathrooms…one each day and stayed on the project for the entire day until it was done. Very professional service and what awesome work they did! After they finished both bathrooms, the owner, Sergey, and his son, Roman, both made a point to ask us to contact them if we found anything at all that was not done to our satisfaction and they will take care of it. However, both showers were done exactly as we requested. In the past, I have had many negative experiences with companies that have done work at my home, so I am always skeptical when trying a company that I have never used before. But Elite exceeded all of my expectations in every way. It is hard to find a company that you feel that you can trust…but I have found one in Elite Construction. "Tony is fantastic, he did a lot of projects in our home, drywall replacement, installed hardwood floors, painted, performed extensive work on our deck to make it safe & stable, repaired our French doors. He did a huge job of cleaning & detailing my Grandmothers house to sell (we got $40,000 over asking price). My son hired him to frame, drywall the basement in a house he bought. He framed in & installed a hanging microwave, framed in the dishwasher as well. All in all Tony is a great guy & does awesome work. Would absolutely hire him again."

"Had them rip out the fireplace that was installed poorly in 1990. A bit costly, but I doubt a single handyman could have done it in a timely fashion. Done in 3 days start to finish. I was expecting some water damage, but it was much worse. Getting a exact price for the work out of them beforehand was impossible. Ultimately it cost $2500 extra do to having to replace more sections of the roof and support beans. They didn't pull a fast one, the wood crumbled when touched. Labor isn't cheap. Would hire them again because the work is solid."
