"My basement got flooded during IDA, after contacting with couple of contractor I met with Matt, He came on time and explain everything what needs to be done also provide a reasonable price. He started to work immediately with his team. His work was very professional, he did everything as he promised and completed the work on time. He was the most professional, clean and trustful contractor I have met so far. He was always top of the every process and he was paying attention to every small details even I didnâ t see them during the construction. "Alex was great. He knew one of my springs on my garage door was broken but he also looked up my house on Google so he could possibly see what the door looked like. He brought the appropriate springs and told me that the springs he brought are the type my garage should have. The springs I have currently were not going to last long because they were made for a lighter door. Then he gave me 3 options for the repair and a great price. Very professional and informative."

"Nick, Alex and the Sanik Construction team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Communication was easy and reliable. The team showed up when they said they would and walked us through each step of the process as they progressed. We had a 630 SQ ft stamped concrete patio put in with a retaining sitting wall and additional landscaping. It was a big project but the team did their utmost to complete within the said timeframe which took about 2 weeks from start to finish. They left the area clean and tidied. I would highly recommend Sanik Construction!"
