"Christy who answered phone and wrote up order was excellent and very helpful. I suggest adding the gold warranty to upgrade springs and hardware at a reasonable price. Two minor irritants was the extremely loud awful hard rock music the installers played and the smell of cigarette smoke in the garage. I added liftmaster garage door openers which are extremely quiet. Spend the money on the fully insulated doors which are two inches thick and should help keep adjacent house warm."

"Wonderful! Ray is the BEST!! Very fair quote, came out the next day and replaced both springs (at my request). On his own initiative he also greased and cleaned whatever needed greasing and cleaning for no extra charge. I had no idea how quiet a garage door could be! "My garage door was falling and off track. I called them and they were here in the next 2 hour. I was thinking I need a new door and it’s not the time for it, my budget is tight. Ram came and he diagnosed the issue in the first 10minutes. He gave me a price and I was surprised and happy at the same time.
