They arrived right on time, and took me through what they were about to do with the install. They identified a couple of problems with the doors themselves and for a very reasonable price repaired that also. In addition, there was part needed for my installation that did not come with the garage door opener. They found the part closeby, went and picked it up and installed it perfectly. "Sept 14/20 a plain white van pulled my driveway.I asked him if he was from Lowell Garage Door.He replied he was contracted out.That he was a subcontractor SCAM!!! I was skeptical but let him proceed.He was never contracted by Lowell Garage Door they do not do that.Tuesday a white van pulled in my driveway with very large lettering Lowell Garage Door.After explaining what happened we we were all angry.I was charged triple the cost and everything was was not fixed as the man did not know how to.Stephen the owner of LGD knew exactly the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. "The experience with Sal from Saugus door was exceptional. He arrived on time and in a truck that clearly was marked Saugus Overhead Door. He explained what washing to replace. The price quoted prior to job was price unpaid upon completion. He took the time to set up my car to the garage openers and he cleaned up and took parts etc with him. Lisa is the office was also very kind and helped schedule the visit in a timely manner. i would highly recommend saugus door. Beware of other companies that you can’t identify."

"Great customer service! I inquired on their website and received a call back within a few hours. Chris was extremely honest and gave us a very fair estimate for the job. We signed off on the job the second week of March and the work was completed 2 weeks later! Hudson & Matt completed the project and were fantastic! Showed up right on time and explained everything they would be doing. They started our 2 car garage at 8am and were all cleaned up by 3:00pm! We are so happy with our new garage floor, it looks AWESOME! I would highly recommend GNU Garage!"

"Called on a Friday got an appointment for Saturday between four and five actually got a phone call to see if they could come earlier. Tech came out took a look at our garage door and opener took my budget into consideration installed the new garage door opener belt driven instead of chain . Also did a rebuild so I got new springs seeing the garage door was still in good condition. Technician was fantastic left everything clean. Technician also showed me how to work the new door opener and keypad . I highly recommend this company"
