My Dad who is 89 y/o has a 2 car garage but has not used one side of the garage for a car because he has LOTS of tools on that side. However, the garage door opener that is 25 years old wasn’t working and we were under the impression it needed to be replaced. We had a couple other repairmen out to give us estimates. Ray came out and studied the setup that was in place, and the garage itself as everything with the garage is original and 80 years old. He took pics because he hadn’t seen the system that operated the doors. He also pointed out things the other repairmen hadn’t. He told me an issue we might have because of the sensitive nature of the newer garage door openers. He was very thorough. Now keep in mind I called and told him the current garage door opener didn’t work and we were replacing it. We talked about options. He also took a look at the current garage door opener and he put it back on the trolley (something the other repairmen who looked at it didn’t do) and the garage door opener worked. My Dad doesn’t need a new one. I asked what we owed and he said no charge. I was floored and felt bad because he had fixed the old one. In the end we needed two remote garage door openers because after not using it for 25 years my Dad would have no idea where they were. I would use him again and will recommend him to family and friends."

"I can't say enough good things about Ronne and his crew. My family and I returned home after a weekend away to find our basement under 6-12 inches of water. Our sump pump had failed and it was late, probably at least 10pm when we researched  Angie's List and called 911 Restoration of Chicago. We really didn't expect much except an appointment for the following day, but Ronne showed up with a pump and a hose at around midnight or so and drained the basement. His crew was back two days later to begin cleanup.
 The cleanup crew was professional and efficient. The crew of four worked for about 14 hours straight to completely remove everything from the basement, tear up the carpet, decontaminate the nonorganic materials and dispose of the ruined organic trash.This was a big job, they had to remove the bottom two feet of drywall from the walls, take out all the insulation, and move everything that was salvageable to my garage. After everything was cleared out, they had to begin the long job of decontaminating the walls and floors. They were very conscientious about protecting the rest of our home and they were polite and responsive to our concerns. 
Ronne was there a few times to check on his crew and make sure my wife and I were satisfied. He stopped by several times over the next few days to check on the dehumidification process and to provide helpful advice. He is kind and warm and personable. He is a professional. I highly recommend 911 Restoration of Chicago!

Garage For You told us when each phase of the process would be done and they stuck to the schedule. There were a few unique features that they were able to accommodate. I had saved and refurbished five original windows from the old garage. And I also duplicated the original trim. They incorporated both of these items into the design for the new garage and installed them. We had another company apply a stucco finish to the garage. Garage For You workers prepared the walls as the stucco company requested. The stucco company said that the preparation was excellent. The electrical and final inspections were flawless.
