The area was graded and raised (we have a sloped backyard) in one day, the concrete was poured on another day and the garage was built on another day. Because these garages are built in a factory and put together like a puzzle, everything is perfectly aligned and completely sealed. No critters or bugs will be able to get in. Our salesman Jeff, went above and beyond to address all of our questions and handled everything in a timely manner. We highly recommend them."
