"We heard a loud pop and scraping sound from inside our house. We finally saw what caused it. The garage door spring had broken in half. We were trapped with both cars locked inside the garage with no way to open the garage door. Justin came right out that very afternoon to get the garage door open and to measure for replacement spring. He came back next day with the part to replace the spring and install. It went smoothly. "I highly recommend Summerlin Exterior Solutions. Jesse and the crew showed up on time every morning and also stayed late some evenings to complete the new shadow box style fence in my backyard. They pay very close attention to detail and their work is extremely precise. They had great ideas to design and build custom gates with cedar post caps that made the new fence immaculate. I was using a baby gate on the deck to keep my puppy close by and they came back and built a gorgeous wooden sliding gate that blends in with my deck perfectly. I could not be happier with the entire project!"

"DDK Construction did a great job with our front porch steps. We had a 5 year old porch that was rotting, and they replaced the stringers, a new beam/ cement, repaired railing, and new steps. The pricing was competitive, they scheduled us quickly, and the staff was friendly. We had an issue with the finished steps, but they made sure we were completely happy with the end result."
