"Job was handled efficiently, and afterwards both doors were operating properly. I had one door that would come all the way down, but would then go back up immediately. I had some sort of light interference on one of the sensors from a nearby window which required the positions of the sensors to be switched. The other door was operating in the proper manner but had a small shimmy just before it closed all the way. Door adjustments were made, things tightened and lubed, and door closes more smoothly now. The repairman did not try to sell me any new/expensive products."

He came back later that afternoon with a crew member and installed temporary springs so I could use the garage. I asked him to send me a quote for replacing the door with one that had windows, since the garage had no wall windows and was very dark. The price was very fair and they were able to install the new door within a week. What a difference it makes, both inside and out! I'll always be grateful he happened to be in the neighborhood that day. And I know who I will always contact if I need a new garage door."
