"Durable door replaced the top hinges on our garage door. All seemed to work fine but after 6 weeks the hinges popped off the track again. They came back right away and replaced the hinges with heavy duty ones. The garage door is working fine. There was no extra charge the second trip. Well done."

He explained what needed to be changed, the cost, and if I was looking to upgrade the system (since I had an old model). He did great work, was quick, transparent and friendly.
