"The technician explained that the main door was failing, showed what was happening, and demonstrated the results of not fixing the door. Gave us options for doors and openers. We decided to replace both garage doors and openers and they were ordered. Installation happened about three weeks later, quick and fast. The original tune-up cost was applied to the new door installation. Great work, and great products."
