"As someone who uses my garage door as the main access to my home I was devastated when it stoped working last week. I reached out to Primos and had an appointment the next day for a tech to come out and diagnose and fix the problem. They showed up on time with a pleasant and helpful attitude. Having three kids the tech Aaron also did a great job happily working while they asked endless questions. They were able to fix my issue quickly and answer any questions I had regarding the process. On top of fixing my broken spring Aaron did some preventative maintenance greasing up all the parts that needed it and tightening the chain.
