"THESE GUYS ARE AMAZING! Our new porch looks perfect!!!! They got back to us very quickly, and after we agreed on the project spec's amd pricing they got right to work. Our old porch was down and our new one was up in just a little over a week. They were even able to repair our leaky side roof! These guys were friendly, professional and very neat. "On 6/8/11 I called and left a message. I was called back within minutes and told someone would be at my house on 6/10/11 to look at my garage door. I met Neil on 6/10/11 who looked over the existing door and hardware and gave me an estimate to replace everything and add the garage door opener. Neil said he would call me when a date could be set for the installation of everything. I was called on 6/14/11 and was told someone could be at my house on 6/15/11 for installation. On 6/15/11 I met Mike who was just finishing the installation of my new garage door when I arrived home. Everything went smooth and everything is working great. I would use this sompany again. Very user friendly and professional."

"I was contacted by Derick within two days of signing up for the service.
A meeting was arranged for Derick to come an look at the location plus take measurements.
He showed up and was very professional and knowledgeable about the whole process.
I was given a very fair estimate to which I agreed to and he then put in the order for the door.
Once it came in he returned and installed both the door and new opener.
Once done, he tested it and showed me how to lubricate and care for it.
All in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish.
I would definitely recommend and use Capital District Overhead Door in the future.
