"Just wanted to say that Jeremy with Gateway Garage Door Services is fabulous! If you have any garage door/opener needs, I highly recommend! I called inquiring about installing a garage door opener that we had purchased ourselves. Jeremy answered right away and was at our home within 2 hours. He installed the opener in a very professional manner (we even caught him singing in the garage..lol). He cleaned everything up and even helped to program our car buttons. "We had our garage door spring break on a Friday. American Home Shield couldn't get anyone to come out before the following week, so we inquired as to which Garage Door Companies would fix it as emergency, since my wife has medical conditions and needs to be able to travel. Of the two Garage Door Companies that are available 24 hours, A1 Garage Door Service LLC was the only one that could be there same evening. They got to our home to fix the broken spring so we could open the Garage around 8:00 pm."

"We originally requested that our garage door opener be repaired. After an unsuccessful attempt to repair, they had to replace the entire garage door opener. Everything was good except their office staff was somewhat difficult to deal with and there were long shipping delays because they only get deliveries on Fridays. That said, the technician that installed the equipment was great and the equipment is currently working fine. They did provide an extra remote for all the delays we experienced and we are grateful.
