We have an oversized double garage door so they had to manufacture larger springs. Jay came back the next day with new springs and installed them, inspected and lubed everything. He's obviously knowledgeable, experienced and safety conscious. The  work went very quickly and the door is now perfectly balanced. He even found a hidden nail that was making a horrible noise every time it opened. I already knew my motor for my Large RV Garage Door was starting to go bad. Sometimes it would open, other times not.
