"I had an original garage door from 1960 which desperately needed to be replaced i called and made an appointment and Ryan came out on time explain to me the services that would be performed during this time I told him of a vehicle that cannot be moved and he assured me everything would be fine.We scheduled an installation date Ryan and Adam came right on time ( which to get anyone on time on cape cod is amazing in its self ) on a Saturday and went right to work and the project came out flawless and no damage to my vehicle. Ryan then took the time to answer all my questions after the installation and they both cleaned up the remains of the old door. "I called Matt Monday evening and he tackled the job Tuesday afternoon. I explained to Matt that the door was at an angle (my car was inside the garage) and I could not open or close the door. He showed up when he said he would, replaced the cables which were broken, replaced the rollers and the door is working and QUIETER than it ever was! He did a wonderful job.and we are very pleased."

"We recently hired Konstantin and his team for the fourth time, and it was another five-star job. Time was of the essence, and his crew worked long, long days (with our enthusiastic approval) to get everything done as quickly and efficiently as possible. After sealing off the rest of the house, the KB guys emptied out a packed suite of rooms and then replaced dusty wall-to-wall carpeting there and on the stairs leading up them with beautiful red oak. They removed baseboards and doors, but it was still trickyâ "nosing" extended out along one wall above the stairs, and there two landings, plus a closet and several side rooms. They also custom-built a bookshelf into three walls of a previously awkward space. Ugly fluorescent lighting was replaced with simple LEDs, and the walls were repainted. Then they moved all of the furniture and 9 zillion books back in. The rest of the house remained clean and allergen-free, as promised. While the work certainly wasn't cheap, Konstantin discovered (and passed along) savings along the way, and discussed every decision in advance so there were no surprises. I'm sure we'll hire them again when it's time to update our bathrooms!"
