"The heavy rain we have been getting this spring has caused water to leak into my house via the upstairs windows causing damage to the wood work and the drywall.  Both east and west windows have leaks.  The window company that put in the windows stated there was no problem.  I called Superior Improvement to get another opinion and if needed the problem fixed.  I called on Monday afternoon  and on Tuesday afternoon Steve came with another worker and both determined that the window was not the issue.  It was raining Tuesday afternoon, so they could see the water coming into the house.   Steve did not charge me for a service call and gave me a recommendation on how to proceed next. I appreciated the honesty.
