"We heard from a mutual friend that Mike was looking to start up his window restoration & repair business again. They had a good experience with him a few years back. We recently purchased an older home which is not in a historic area, but which by age is "historic". We are looking to make improvements on the exterior before starting on the interior. So we are speaking to various contractors about window, siding and roofing. We want to maintain the character of the house. We have looked at vinyl windows, which would in many ways be a good choice, but they are just not the same as the windows we have, which are original. "The service was awful. They ended up losing the ash tray. They were also supposed to replace the windshield because there was a ding in it. They charged an additional $80 and the windshield was not even repaired. They also worked on my husband’s car and they left the carpets very wet. The windows were also not cleaned. They would not do anything to resolve any of the issues. I would never use the company again."
