"The mirror glass in my 40+ year old bathroom mirror had deteriorated to the point where it was cloudy and opaque.  It needed to be replaced so I called Glass and Mirror Outlet.  I described my situation to the man who answered the phone, and he told me I could bring in the mirror and they could replace the glass within a few days.  I gave him the approximate dimensions of the mirror and he said the ballpark cost estimate would be about $100.00.
I brought the mirror in on a Tuesday and it was ready by Friday.  The cost for my 40" x 32" rectangular mirror glass was $125.00 installed.  It was wrapped well in brown paper to keep it from getting damaged in transit.
I was satisfied with the work they did.  The new mirror glass is nice and clear and the backer board of the frame was properly reapplied.

"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

"The work started on April 2nd and hit a delay because of the availability of the vanity; not because of anything that was done wrong  on the contractor's part.   When everything was available, the work was performed in a very timely fashion.   Ben who is the contractor and Scott are two men of integrity and people who care about you and what kind of job they do.  Everything was replaced in the bathroom from the flooring to the bathtub, the mirrors, shelving, toilet, vanity and lighting.  It is such a beautiful job that I think I am walking into the wrong house.   They really are craftsman and will come out and fix something if you don't think it looks right or you are not satisfied.  You just don't find that kind of service anywhere in this day and age but you will find it with General Contractors of Minnesota."
