"Delivery was delayed due to credit inquiry. After the concern was raised, shipment was rushed to us. Self installation didn't go as easy. Issue was resolved over the phone. The glass break sensor was a bit sensitive to loud noise such as cabinet door closing and door sensor repeatedly falls off and had to be reattached. Notification of alarm activation was fast and made to the right contact numbers. This prevented false alarm calls to the police."

But when I walked inside my home you didn't even know they were there. everything was placed back to where it belonged, there was no mess to vacuum. "This contractor was not very good. He showed up to do a job by himself. One man took 5 hours to clean all of my windows. Then he broke a Crystal on my bathroom chandelier. He knocked off two crystal and one broke. He reimbursed me for the cost but I had to drive 50 miles to purchase a replacement crystal and install it myself. This contractor used cleaning solution (glass cleaner?) and paper towels to do the job. He left paper towels all over my yard. I would not recommend him to anyone."
