"Glass Guys was the only company i contacted that was willing to come out the next day, which relieved my stress about the possibility of a break-in. Because of laws requiring that window glass be replaced by tempered glass, they replaced my broken pane with plexiglass and told me that they would order the tempered glass and replace it later. When I called to find out the status of the glass order, they told me that given the small size of the pane, tempered glass was neither required nor available. However, because they didn't know this at the time they put in the plexiglass, they replaced the plexiglass with standard glass for free (parts and labor.) I was extremely appreciative that they recognized this and made it completely right."

Very easy to schedule, and was extremely prompt. "Called to make an appointment to get an estimate of the work and they were friendly on the phone and in person.  We were willing to get Doug to come out within a few days and schedule the work within a week.  Very happy with how fast and professional the workers were in getting the huge mirrors off the walls and out of the house.  We plan to use them again when remodeling our master bath and putting in a glass shower door.

"The women on the phone were helpful and made an appointment for my at the nearby Roseville location although I think I called the number for the Saint Paul location. I chose to bring our car in instead of having them come out. The location was a little hard to find, but once there, the work was performed in the time-frame I was told at the price I was quoted. The staff seemed a little focused on insurance, and a bit confused by my lack of it in the case, but it was fine. All-in-all the work is fine and the were able to do it quickly and cheaply so I'm satisfied."
