"After reaching out to another company that was recommended by a friend and getting a wishy- washy response, we reached out to Arctic via their web form on a Sunday afternoon. Bob called almost immediately, spoke with us about our concerns, and set up an appointment to show us options for the very next morning. Bob went over several options with us and scheduled our three day installation for Thursday. We ended up having additional questions and Bob spoke to us on the phone and even came by the house again to alleviate our concerns.
