I received additional estimates from other roofing companies and each was lacking in one way or another...pricing or over-pricing, roof replacement data, company and roofing materials literature and follow-up communication.

I received a folder with complete information from Elliott at ER Roofing that had everything I needed as I worked my way through the decision process of which company to choose. I found myself referring to the ER Roofing information folder often. All of my questions were answered promptly by Elliott Wireman and often times with a useful link for the item in question to help me understand the material being used or the process. Elliott was very fair as I made considerations and choices for the roof and gutter replacement for my home.

The new roof and gutter installation went as planned and as within the terms of the signed contract. It was done in one day from start to finish with not even a trace of all the activity by day's end. "From start to finish, WE Griffin Roofing did outstanding work. An important aspect as that they are both a roofing company as well as a gutter company, and in our case both sets of expertise were needed. We obtained three bids, and decided to choose WE Griffin because Matt Hoffman gave us such an insightful analysis and estimate of the work needed. We had purchased this house (a 1962 split level) last year, and the gutters were literally falling off their fascia boards and also the fascia boards were coming apart as well. Mr. Hoffman diagnosed that potentially extensive roof repair would also be required, including both the rafter tails as well as the sheeting under the shingles near the edges, and including that work in his estimate along with the gutter and trim replacement. His estimate of the work needed turned out to be very accurate as many of the rafter ends and a whole section of sheeting on the back side were rotted and needed repair/replacement. The crew was similarly excellent; they arrived on site as scheduled and worked tirelessly for nearly 4 days to do all the repair work, replace all the fascia boards, replace some of the missing cladding that had also come off in places, and install a complete set of new gutters. Each day when the crew left they tidied up the site very nicely, and at the end of the project the yard was completely clean. They worked very carefully with a lot of attention to detail. The outcome is that we now have gutters as well as fascia boards and cladding that all look spectacular! We are very pleased with their work."

"I had gutter helmet installed 20 years ago and it has been a lifesaver - no gutter cleaning! My house backs up to woods, so lots of tall trees, leaves and pollen. With gutters at 2 and 3 stories, cleaning was necessary, but expensive before Gutter Helmet installation. Today, I had a section of helmet repaired due to damage from a fallen limb. The repair crew was great. They made the necessary repairs and cleaned and checked the gutters on the rest of the house. "Over the past decade, Seneca Creek Home Improvement has replaced my roof, all windows, wrapped all original wood with aluminum; recent gutter project is just the latest work Jeff and his teams have done for us. The work is excellent, and has stood the test of time. Furthermore, Jeff Leach (the owner) absolutely stands behind his work 100%. Over the years there have been a few minor issues which he had his team fix without any issues or questions. "Complete Exteriors recently replaced the shingles on my townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. I also hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts. The roof shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles and they look great. The Complete Exteriors crew arrived around 7 A.M. and they completed the job in less than one day (done before 3 P.M.). The crew supervisor kept me in the loop throughout the roof replacement process and frequently showed me close-up pictures of the work being done on the roof. Their price for the roofing work was excellent (I got eight bids, and their price was the best by far for the roofing job). The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next day. Complete Exteriors subcontracted this work to another vendor, which also did good work. In retrospect, I may have divided the contract into two jobs, solely because the price from Complete Exteriors was not the lowest bid I received for the gutters and downspouts. However, their overall combined price for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts was at least $500 lower than any other bid I received. Another reason I gave them both contracts was to simplify the contracting process, as I wanted one company to be responsible for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by Complete Exteriors' roofing crew and by the subcontractor they hired that installed the new gutters and downspouts, and I highly recommend Complete Exteriors."

They cleaned the gutters, fixed the gutter where it was loose and they bagged all the trash up. They did not charge extra for the loose gutter either. Nice and neat and EXCELLENT service!!
