"Complete Exteriors recently replaced the shingles on my townhouse in Gaithersburg, MD. I also hired them to replace our gutters and downspouts. The roof shingles are CertainTeed Landmark Pro architectural shingles and they look great. The Complete Exteriors crew arrived around 7 A.M. and they completed the job in less than one day (done before 3 P.M.). The crew supervisor kept me in the loop throughout the roof replacement process and frequently showed me close-up pictures of the work being done on the roof. Their price for the roofing work was excellent (I got eight bids, and their price was the best by far for the roofing job). The gutters and downspouts were replaced the next day. Complete Exteriors subcontracted this work to another vendor, which also did good work. In retrospect, I may have divided the contract into two jobs, solely because the price from Complete Exteriors was not the lowest bid I received for the gutters and downspouts. However, their overall combined price for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts was at least $500 lower than any other bid I received. Another reason I gave them both contracts was to simplify the contracting process, as I wanted one company to be responsible for both the roofing and the gutters and downspouts. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work done by Complete Exteriors' roofing crew and by the subcontractor they hired that installed the new gutters and downspouts, and I highly recommend Complete Exteriors."

"I've had a new product installed on my gutters. I have, next to my house two pine trees one of either kind. If you know anything about them they are a pain. They are on common property I guess, I could cut them down but I don't want to pay $3000. They don't belong to me. If I had only known when I brought this house 27 years back that those trees would turn into monsters, I would have poisoned them or chopped them down. I've had a constant problem with gutters being stopped up and I talked to my regular handyman about putting gutter helmet on and he said gutter helmet won't stop pine leaves. So I got this ad, it must have been in mail for a product called leaf filter. It is a U.S. owned company and the product is made somewhere in Ohio. I had all my gutters covered with it and I guarantee you that you never have to clean the gutters again. I live in a large town house and I have gutters straight across the front and straight across the back. This is more than a screen, it's actually a membrane, it looks like a metal lace, very fine and I highly recommend this product. This company does it own distribution and installation. It's a fantastic product. It makes a whole lot more sense, it's the only thing that works for me .It probably works better than gutter helmet even for leaves and stuff. I may have to get up there and wash the leaves of the top, but they are never going into go in the gutter I thought the price was quite reasonable, they also cleaned the gutter and made sure the system was ok before they installed it."
