The initial roof & gutter replacement estimate began with ER Roofing Company and was timely, professional, informative and worthwhile. I received a folder with complete information from Elliott at ER Roofing that had everything I needed as I worked my way through the decision process of which company to choose. I found myself referring to the ER Roofing information folder often. All of my questions were answered promptly by Elliott Wireman and often times with a useful link for the item in question to help me understand the material being used or the process. Elliott was very fair as I made considerations and choices for the roof and gutter replacement for my home.

The new roof and gutter installation went as planned and as within the terms of the signed contract. It was done in one day from start to finish with not even a trace of all the activity by day's end. "Mike Suerman came and reviewed the job came well prepared with thier gutter guards answered all of my mother's questions as well as follow up one from me. Once the decision to move ahead with all new gutters, guards and downspouts he came the following morning and had it done that day. My mother is very pleased with the job and customer service which is no small feat. Mike even went back out before the job to determine if there appeared to be any underlying damage and was very forthright as well as the cost very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company and Mike to anyone looking for new gutters or guards. Mike even made a last minute request to move 2 of the downspouts work with no problem. "The crew did a suburb job. Once the entire roof was exposed, it turned out that I had lots of rotted wood. It was all replaced, the eave boxes were reconstructed (including painting), and new gutters were installed. The crew was incredibly hard working and, obviously had years of experience. They never left at night without ensuring that everything was sealed tight.. Some nights, they left at 9:30 PM! I ended up with a beautiful job, and now have a roof that will last my lifetime. Highly recommended for high quality work."

"I hired them because of the quality of the supplies and the price. They cleaned up nicely and returned the next day to install the planned gutter replacement. The only item is some damage caused in my fairly new master bath shower. Somehow part of the wall pulled away causing a large gap at the ceiling and cracked grout along the sides. At the very least grout will need to be repaired. Working with Jeff Leach to see what can be done. The contract states that vibration damage is not the company's responsibility."
