Several months ago I called Arthur King to schedule the inspection, a few days later I was aware someone or someones on the roof of my home. I did not receive a phone call or any sort of inspection report so assumed there issues, areas or concernfound or areas in need of repair, until the first monsoon/storm this summer.  When went ariund 4:00 or 5:500 I sI woke up to find  flooded floor and water pouring out of my ceiling in both those areas in my kitchen.  Despite my best efforts at cleaning up the 6 plus incomehes of water, setting spoke to the The water leaks around the vents in the kitchen was must likely due to the high winds as th.  Every at had also happened to many other homeowners for the first time with these storms. I would be more confident on that being the cause if these storms had been the first time. Everyone I spoke with at Arthur King were pleasant, and they did not charge me for the additional work, but I am not confident have thar aae problem has been located and repaired.o

"Brian's men spent one day to remove all the old tile.  We had problems with rotten wood and had to wait a few days for the lumber to arrive.  We needed some very long (22ft) strips of 2x6 which are hard to find.  I rejected the first shipment from the lumber company due to excessive knots and not being straight.  This was for fascia board.  When the materials were here, his men were very quick and one and a half weeks after starting, the job was done.  The house painting was done by a pair who specialized in painting.  They taped windows and fixtures, and moved personal property and furniture, away form the walls and used a lot of caulking compound to patch up holes on the walls.  Four colors of paint were used as we wanted a darker color for the trim, a green color for our back yard trellis, and yet another color for a wall separating the upper back yard from the lower area. All this was done with the best, most expensive paint on the market.  He used Sherwin Williams.  I was impressed with the thoroughness of the caulking and the speed of the painting with their powerful spray wands.  Again, anything I did not like, they repaired immediately and cheerfully.  Brian always says he wants to deliver the job "to your satisfaction".  The only disappointment was with the painter who did the garage floor.  But that was short-lived because Brian fired him immediately and re-did the floor at his expense.What else can I say about a job well done and done to my satisfaction?"
