"Lance let me know when he expected to arrive, went down my list of about 10 different small jobs like hanging pictures, installing my dishwasher, fixing my undersink plumbing that was leaking, putting a screen door back on the track, fixing my pet door and installing a cupboard in my laundry room that had been installed in my garage. He has returned several times for a few bits and pieces and is always ready to lend a hand. He truly is very handy."
