Alex was our rep who did a great job with removing all of the molded caulk from our shower. He was able to strip the whole shower of the caulking, reapplied a new trim, and left no mess behind! He listens and offers suggestions when needed or appropriate. I also used an interior designer with whom he worked with ease. We had an aggressive time frame for this project and it was met. Our two favorite things about working with Gary and his crew are 1) their quickness in responsiveness and 2) quality control. On multiple occasions I witnessed Gary instructing a crew member to "rip it out and start all over". In our experience with house projects, that is a rarity.
