The requirements to take pictures and submit detailed descriptions of work estimated to get approved before getting okay to start. C. The 5 contacted refused to do that. D. The result of this terrible service by CHW was the cancellation entirely of our Georgia home 6 year policy and decrease the Oregon 6 year policy to only one year. E. Despite how badly CHW handled this Claim, Eugene Handyman LLC was everything one could expect from a service technician, and we expected this type of service from CHW from the beginning."

"Jeff was kind and courteous and the with he did was thorough and meticulous, however, he worked extremely slow and whatever you do, DO NOT hire for painting! It took him over 8 hours to paint 3 walls and he didn’t even finish. I had to tell him to finish up because he had been at my house for three days and over 20 hours and I knew the bill was going to be bigger than I expected/budgeted. I will give Jeff the benefit of the doubt, but it seemed like he was milking his hourly rate for all 3 days. Cost me over $900. Live and learn, there weren’t many handyman options in this small town."
