"Technician Austin came out to do a check up on the heating system. He is one of only a few that knew the heat & a/c are delivered by the ductwork in the ceiling of my mobile home. He is very knowledgeable and patient as he had to trouble shoot a problem with one of the sensors in the unit. He had to come back a different day after getting the correct part and also gave me a good price on a surge protector for the unit. I hope to see him in the spring for the A/C check-up!"
